Demo requests

When you request a demo, we use the name, work email, company, team and plan you provide to arrange it. Your request is processed through our Cloudflare-hosted endpoint and forwarded to our configured demo receiver, which may use Google Workspace to notify the DoubleMinds team. The endpoint may also include the country supplied by Cloudflare and the website hostname.

Your demo form details are not included in our analytics events. Requesting a demo does not require accepting analytics cookies.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to measure website visits, section views, pricing choices, demo form interactions and accepted demo requests. Google receives technical information needed to process these requests. We send fixed event labels and campaign labels; we do not send your demo form values.

Analytics stays blocked until you accept. Rejecting analytics keeps it off. We do not enable advertising or personalized advertising tags in this setup. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops analytics, removes its accessible first-party cookies and reloads the page.

What is stored in your browser

The essential dm_cookie_consent cookie remembers your choice for 180 days. A local browser-storage notification synchronizes preference changes between open tabs; it is not used to measure visits. If the preference cannot be saved, analytics stays off for that page.

After acceptance, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_YV5SQXF4P2 cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Our tag configuration limits their lifetime to 180 days. You can also remove cookies using your browser settings.
